Dear administrator
I need to install ultravpn on my office computer, which is connected to the office network. I have administrator previlage over my offic computer, but after I installed ultravpn and try to connect it gives me "green bubble" showing it is connceted while it is actually not connected. When I check my ip I find it is the same (not the ultravpn ip) and I find the blocked sites (mostly for voip phone) are still blocked.

Is there any method to properly install ultravpn using my adminstrator previlage without being actual adminstrator (I guess I will have to change something in the registry files).

Thank you as usual

Here is the thing you need to check. At least this happens to me.When ultravpn is connecting watch the log and when you see the route add - the ultravpn is trying to add routes to the virtual adapter , then right click on the virtual adapter and try repair.
This is how I get the ultravpn gateway. If I do not do that the virtual adapter gets iP and mask but no gateway. And without a gateway it can not work.
So check and make sure that your virtual adapter gets gateway.
in cmd > ipconfig /all
then check the route table
route print
look for ultravpn gateway and meter setting. It should be 1

First of all I would like to thank you very much for your reply. I will appreciate if you can give me some more details about the virtual adapter and gateway and how I can change them. Thanks again

I also encountered this problem and I want to fix it. I definitely contact my ISP and told them about my problem because I can't access my favorite websites. They told me that you installed properly the ultravpn and I reinstalled again and the same problem occurred.
