Hello

First I want to say thanks for a good program. I started to use UltraVPN about 2 months ago and it has worked more or less well. However, I have seen noticed that the download speed is not what it was at all when I first signed up. 2 months ago I was able to download with about 1mb/sek, today the maximum is about 30kb/sek.

Will there be any update done to make the bandwith become better or will you close the free signup since all new user makes the service really bad?

No, UltraVPN does not plan to close signups now,
hopefully not later either.
There is now a limit because UltraVPN has alot of users, and since its a free service the team is not willing to overspend.
So,How can you make UltraVPN faster?
- By donating you will be paying server costs. This will give the team the ability to make the service faster. :)

But due to this the service is getting worse and worse for each day... :-\

Thats because NO-ONE has donated anything so far but me.
There are so many users, but no donations. The team can't afford to over-spend.

I think that everyone feels that a free vpn service gets users to feel uncertain about donating since it will always be a lot of people just using the service and make it slower. If you would have a cost/ year you could improve the service a lot and everyone that wants to use the service will automaticly improve the service.

During the 2 months that I have used the service the quality of the service has decreased about
-200%, what will happen during the next 2 months...?

It all depends on the server and how many users are connected. Is not a downloading VPN.

works fine for me no complaints. If only I had a job, I'd be glad to donate, but none since the recessions for the past months.

Meanwhile, Ultra has called the attention of several German web forums (Kloakendeckel, some Hackerboards and so on). Hence, many leecher  and criminals will surely be attracted by this programme and use it without donating any mony. Too bad because the way down is already illuminated, now.

I guess mr. admin accepts that fact above..

Yeah I've noticed the service has slowed down a bit compared to the last months because of the widespread use of uvpn but hey the speed is still great, like from a of 10/10 to 8/10 but hey its ok since its free. Still thanking the admin for they're relentless efforts in making this possible :D

and still looking for a job..   :-[

so that I could donate  ;)

I can't believe I registered just to say this...

I looked for a good solution to overcome some access issues I have while living in a foreign country.  Someone told me that UltraVPN was a good network to use, so I thought I'd give it a try.  I have no problem paying for a service, but I wanted to try it out first before I sank some money into it.  I have been burned too many times.

So far, UltraVPN hasn't even been of dial-up quality in most situations.  In fact, more often than not, I have to attempt to log in multiple times before I can even get connected.  At least with dial-up once the modem stops making noise, I could find myself connected to the internet.  And forget about sites like Facebook.  Nothing but "this page cannot be found" over and over again.  It can't even load a simple blog properly most days.

And you admins can seriously say with a straight face "well, if you'd just pay for it!!!!"

And then you follow that gem up by saying that those who pay will still have to put up with the same shitty service?  Uhhhh... maybe I'll just go out on that same limb and pay rent on a house I can't live in, or a car that won't run, or maybe I'll go pay a prostitute who won't have sex with me.

Yes, running a quality service costs money.  That's why they say "you have to spend money to make money."

Had this been a good service, I would've gladly donated regularly.  But frankly, it's shit, and the attitude of the admins is equally shitty.  Good job selling your product though, assholes.

"Ultra" my ass.
