I have installed UltraVPN on Win XP SP3.
I have some questions and I don't know anything about networking.
1. Sometimes I get a server in Illinois USA, other times in France. why? (I am located in California USA)
2. what is "stealthy connect"?
3. If I just want to encrypt my communication at public wifi spots and also to hide my destinations should I connect or use stealthy connect? What is the difference?
What should I watch for (green icon of course) if anything?
