need help

Hello every one.
I use ultra vpn so i can use my magicjack because my country did block the VOIP and when i use to connect to ultravpn it use to connect me to a server in united states and my magic jack use to work great, but now it keep connecting me to a server in europe or something in the middle east and the one that is in europe magic jack doesnt work clearly with it and the one in middle east it doesnt work at all, so doea any one know how to let ultravpn keep connecting me  to the server in the united states.
